The scarf is made by the artisans of the silk in the famous Como valley, ITALY combining a long tradition of elegance and charm and required technique, precision, and manual skill, but also a great passion. It all started in the year 1400 when Ludovico Sforza, Duke of Milan, had a brilliant idea: planting mulberry trees around Lake Como, to the delight of local greedy silkworms.
