Standard products

If you choose Standard product, your Serval Atelier creation should arrive within five days to ten days from the date of your order. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the specifics and type of product, so it may be shorter or longer than stated.

Personalized or Customized products

Delivery may take longer if you have requested personalization, such as engraving or custom initials. Depending on the degree of customization, the delivery time is from one week to 30 days.
