RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note that we may only accept returns for items that are unworn and in pristine condition, within 30 days of purchase.
We regret to inform that items that have been personalized may not be returned or exchanged.
You may return your creation to the Serval Atelier distribution center within 30 days of receipt, for exchange or refund, to the original credit card. Merchandise credits are not issued through the Client Relations Center. Please send back your return or exchange via the provided pre-paid Fedex shipping label. We strongly recommend you keep note of your return tracking number which is located on the label itself.
All items returned must pass a mandatory Quality Control examination, and you will be notified of the examination results. It may take up to 14 business days before the refund is credited back to your original payment method.
